Angel uses ARTfire.com for her online official store. Artfire is a safe, secure online e-commerce site. When viewing any of the products you will be taken to Angel's official Artfire store. Please note the name there is NewOrleansPaintingsByAngel. Using Artfire allows me to offer site wide sales, online coupons and gift certificates!

About Purchasing:
1.What forms of payment are taken for purchases?
You can pay securely with your personal check, debit or major credit card via Paypal.
2.I'm from out of country. Do you take international orders?
At this time we are not processing international orders via our shopping cart, but we will be happy to assist you. If you are interested in an international order, please email us before using the checkout feature. We'll gladly give you a quote for shipping to your location.
3.How long does it take for shipping my purchase?
Please allow between 12-16 weeks for original paintings to be created. At times, such as show season commissions can take a longer amount of time. Each collector is encouraged to contact Angel personally to stay updated with the status of your artwork. If you have a time sensitive order needed for completion by a deadline, please contact Angel directly before ordering, as creation of original artwork is a very time consuming process. I know it seems like a long time, but please consider that at any given time I maybe working on up to an additional 10-15 originals besides your own, as well as preparing for shows and running the gallery. Each painting is a hand created original,and not mechanically reproduced, so it takes time, stamina and an ample amount of creativity.
I appreciate your patience with the process and promise you'll be tickled with your original art. I give myself ample time frame to create originals, or hand embellish. Please note that many times I ship much earlier than expected but prefer to be up front about the possibility that it may be a longer time frame. I want you happy, not frustrated!
Upon shipping,please allow 5-7 days for your package(s) to arrive. You will be notified via email once your artwork is shipped. Shipping is done via Fedex Ground, and a tracking number is provided via email upon request. You must provide a phone number to be able to track your shipment. Due to time constraints and artist work, shipping is done 2 days per week.
Prints and prints on canvas orders take around 10-14 working days to process, then please allow 5-7 working days for your package to arrive. If you are having your giclee print on canvas hand embellished, please allow for 4 weeks for the work to be completed.
About Returns:
Refunds less shipping costs will be given if the art is returned in the original box in new condition within 7 days of reciept. Damaged artwork will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please inquire of artist about any questions you may have about color or size concerns. Custom artwork is non-refundable as the client checks off on the original by reviewing the finished product by an actual photo via email before it is shipped out.
